I shared an important question that frames the work we do at Parable: in a world where time is our scarcest resource, how do we make sure that our attention is aligned with our intentions?
For every single employee at every single company, time is finite and precious. From the CEO to the newest entry level employee, their time is equally valuable to them as humans.
The only thing we can do to make that time more purposeful and valuable is for everyone to know that the work they are doing is impactful, aligned and generative, that their time is well spent in the system they are working in.
And the tragedy that happens in so many organizations is how much wasted time there is.
That is something we should not stand for.
